30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Process
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
For a faster exchange, return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions as above.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
